Pennex is seeking a Die Setter at our Leetonia, OH location. The role focuses on preparing and setting up tooling based on the extrusion schedule to maximize throughput and quality.

You will work within a collaborative team to ensure safe, efficient operations and meet production targets. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and manufacturing experience, with strong attention to detail and reliability.

Overview

Consider joining the Pennex family as a Die Setter in our Leetonia, OH location. This position is responsible for preparing and setting up tooling from extrusion schedule to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity by performing the following duties:

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment
• Willingness to work in a variety of settings, including indoors and outdoors, and in different weather conditions
• Consistently exhibits a positive, respectful attitude towards co-workers and customers
• Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
• Must be eligible to work in the United States, visa sponsorships are not available
• Must have regular attendance

Education
