The Die Mount Repair Technician repairs die boards for manufacturing. You will assemble and inspect strippers, add rubber to dies, stage dies, revise and repair die components, and keep the area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED minimum.
• Drug screening after conditional job offer, but before starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Repair top quality Die Boards for Manufacturing.
• Assemble and inspect strippers; add rubber to dies.
• Stage dies and strippers for receiving to pickup.
• Revise and repair dies and strippers.
• Maintain inventory and stock supplies.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
• Work safely and efficiently per company policies; overtime may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Die Mount Repair Technician

Summary:

The Die Mount Repair Technician position is responsible repairing top quality Die Boards for Manufacturing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Responsible for assembling and inspecting strippers and adding proper rubber to dies.
• Assemble and inspect rubber dies.
• Stage dies and strippers for receiving to pick up.
• Revise and repair die and strippers.
• Maintain inventory and stock supplies.
• Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Overtime may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Qualifications

• Prior carpentry and metal work experience
