Job summary

Always There Personnel is hiring for a Die Polisher in Fort Worth, TX. The role performs polish, grind, and finish metal dies and components, with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Ideal candidates will have experience with grinding or finishing, comfortable using hand and power tools, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous metal manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with grinding, polishing, or finishing is a plus.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Job Duties

• Polish, grind, and finish metal dies and components.
• Remove burrs, imperfections, and excess material.
• Operate hand and power grinding/polishing tools.
• Inspect finished dies for quality and accuracy.
• Follow measurements and production specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures.

Requirements
