In this role, you will lead the design and development of stamping dies that support new product launches and ongoing manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with engineering, toolroom, and production teams to deliver innovative tooling solutions that improve performance, quality, and cost competitiveness while supporting the continued growth of our Lincoln facility.
Our Stamping Development team supports the design, development, and continuous improvement of tooling used in the production of connector and terminal products. This team partners closely with Product Engineering, Toolmakers, Process Engineers, and Manufacturing teams to bring new products to market and drive operational excellence through innovative tooling solutions.
