Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 years related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety and operational instructions and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math and measurement conversions.
• Follow detailed instructions and operational procedures.
• Basic computer proficiency for reading work instructions and data entry.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate the die cutting machine.
• Stage materials for the next job and monitor during runs.
• Transport die-cut loads to staging areas for gluing and stripping.
• Conduct routine maintenance and assist in process improvements.
• Maintain organization of plates and cutting dies.
• Follow safety rules and good manufacturing practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
