Brook & Whittle Ltd. is seeking a die cutting machine operator to set up, run, and maintain die cutting equipment. The role requires careful attention to quality, safety, and timely production.
The job includes shift work with the possibility of overtime and rotating schedules. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 20 pounds and standing for long periods in a manufacturing environment.
A die cutting machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining die cutting machines to produce specific shapes from various materials. Die cutting machines can be flat bed or rotary machines. A successful operator has mechanical abilities, a enjoyment for working with their hands, strong attention to detail, and mathematical ability. The shift is Sunday 10pm-7:00am, M-TH 12:00am - 7:00am. Shift differential applies to base rate of pay.
Manufacturing environment – exposure to some hazardous conditions but not limited to dust, dirt, high noise levels, chemicals, etc. Safety regulations in place following OSHA guidelines.
