Job summary

Diamond Graphics LLC in Ramsey, MN seeks a Die Cutter Operator for 2nd shift (1:45pm–11:45pm). You will program and set up die cutting equipment, perform routine maintenance, run production, and perform quality checks to meet customer specs.

You will read job tickets, adjust tooling, document production, and coordinate with Production Leadership to ensure efficiency while maintaining safety and a clean work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience operating a die cutter (Brausse, Bobst, Sanwa, Kluge, Heidelberg).
• Experience with set-up, operation, and maintenance of die cutting machinery.
• Experience reading job tickets, work orders, and production specs.
• Able to read and interpret customer specs and job tickets.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on die cutting equipment.
• Read, interpret, and follow job tickets, work orders, and customer specifications.
• Perform quality checks and monitor machine operations for defects or malfunctions.
• Make precise adjustments to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Complete production documentation including time tracking and quantities produced.
• Communicate with Production Leadership about status, issues, and performance.
• Collaborate with team to support production efficiency.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
