Pay is $22–$28 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities include setting up and operating die cutting and foil stamping equipment, reviewing tickets, performing make-ready procedures, inspecting quality, troubleshooting, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• 1+ year machine operating experience in a fast paced, manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Experience with machine set up, operations, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Ability to read and understand measurements.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to read job tickets and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust die cutting and foil stamping equipment.
• Review job tickets and production requirements.
• Perform make-ready procedures and machine adjustments.
• Inspect finished product for quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain production records and a clean, safe work area.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Work effectively with the production team to meet deadlines.
