Job summary

GOLDEN WEST PACKAGING GROUP LLC is seeking an experienced Die Cutter Operator in Sacramento, CA. The role involves setup, adjustments, and supervising basic operations on die cutting machines within a busy corrugated manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for quality control, material handling, and keeping accurate production records while supporting a safety-minded, team-oriented workplace. This hourly position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for counting and measuring quantities.
• Experience setting up and operating a Die Cutter.
• Experience in a fast-paced corrugated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust die cutting machines and related equipment.
• Inspect die-cut products for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
• Load and position materials to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
• Monitor production and adjust ink viscosity, registration and speed as needed.
• Record production data, waste and downtime accurately.
• Lead and train crew members on machine operations, safety, and quality standards.
