Job summary

Humanscale, operating through Advanced Die Casting, LLC in Nogales, is seeking a Die Casting Operator to run and monitor die casting machines, inspect parts, and maintain a clean 5S workplace.

You will read visual aids, identify materials by part numbers, complete QC forms, and follow SQPE processes while reporting safety issues immediately.

The role requires at least 1 year in metalworking, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and a flexible schedule; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in metalworking preferred.
• Understanding of die casting processes and machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret visual aids and work instructions.
• Maintain 5S organization in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience safely operating machinery around high temperatures.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify materials and components using part numbers.
• Conduct self-inspections on die-cast parts for quality.
• Keep work area clean; perform post-mold-change maintenance.
• Complete quality control documentation accurately.
• Apply SQPE standards to daily operations.
• Adhere to documented work instructions and attendance.
