Job summary

You will perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail, read BOMs, and collaborate with team members while maintaining 5S standards and safety procedures throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in assembly or engine environments preferred.
• Able to read and interpret basic documentation (BOMs, specs).

Responsibilities

• Follow complex, sequenced work instructions and perform multiple tasks at different stations.
• Verify part numbers, assess supplier quality, and conduct quality checks.
• Record results and perform quality checks using multiple tools.
• Reset and minor-adjust production equipment as directed to maintain flow.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as required.
• Read and verify bills of materials (BOMs).
• Interact with customers (OEMs) as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; maintain 5S standards.
• Contribute to other duties as assigned.
