Job summary

Hypori, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of DIB & CMMC Marketing to own the defense contractor marketing narrative, content, and events. You will work with the ELT to sharpen Hypori's external voice to the DIB audience and drive pipeline with targeted campaigns and assets.

The role requires deep DIB/CMMC experience, strong writing, and the ability to travel for industry events. Remote-eligible within the US, the position offers a leadership path in cyber security marketing.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience with exposure to the DIB or defense contractor market
• Deep familiarity with CMMC 2.0, NIST 800-171, DFARS, and CUI handling requirements
• Demonstrated experience producing content for technical, compliance-minded buyers
• Understanding of the C3PAO and RPO ecosystem; defense contractor procurement knowledge
• Experience planning and executing event presence at defense or DIB-focused forums

Responsibilities

• Own DIB and CMMC marketing strategy end-to-end, including calendar, campaigns, assets, and measurement
• Develop DIB messaging, buyer personas, and segment narratives for primes and subs
• Draft executive communications, speaking points, and thought leadership for ELT engagements
• Track regulatory landscape and translate changes into timely campaigns and content updates
• Produce DIB-focused content and enablement assets across white papers, briefs, guides, blogs, and videos
