Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.) with current state licensure.
• Minimum 9 months nursing experience and at least 3 months in dialysis RN charge nurse duties.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred; good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and supervision to direct patient care staff.
• Coordinate with Clinical Manager on staffing and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise patient care during dialysis and manage care plans.
• Participate in staff meetings and training.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate charge nurse duties.
