Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a PRN Dialysis Technician to join our team in Wisconsin. You will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to provide safe and effective dialysis therapy in accordance with Concerto’s policies and applicable regulations.

You will participate in direct patient care, monitor vitals, operate dialysis equipment, document treatments, and support a clean and safe care environment for our patients in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: hands-on care under nurse supervision, initiating/discontinuing dialysis per orders.
• Vital Signs & Monitoring: document vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments.
• Dialysis Machine Operation: set up, operate, and perform safety checks on hemodialysis machines; administer heparin where permitted by state law.
• Documentation & Lab Work: accurately document treatment details and prepare laboratory specimens.
• Customer Service & Environment: deliver excellent service to patients, families, and staff; maintain a clean, safe work environment.
