Northwest Kidney Centers is seeking a Home Program Dialysis Technician II in Seattle. This full-time role supports delivering patient care, operating dialysis equipment, and coordinating with Home Program staff to maintain high-quality service.
The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of direct dialysis experience, and active national and state certifications. Evening/weekend premiums may apply as part of pay scale.
Shift: Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $22.05–$33.60 per hour (eligible for an evening shift premium of $1.31/hour and a weekend premium of $2.00/hour)
The Home Program Dialysis Technician receives direction for the delivery of patient care from the Home Program Supervisor, Home Program RN Care Manager, and Home Program Manager. The position is responsible for operating dialysis equipment, communicating with patients, staff, and outside organizations, observing safety procedures, and performing relief and/or project duties as related to the overall goals of the department and company. Treatments and decision‑making are based on established procedures and practices.
Physical requirements include stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and performing repetitive hand, wrist, and finger motions. The technician must be able to lift or move objects weighing up to 250 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
