Concerto Renal Services is hiring a Dialysis Technician to provide hands-on dialysis care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting in LaGrange, IL. You will work under a licensed nurse, operating dialysis machines and monitoring patient vitals, with emphasis on safety and quality care.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and at least two years of dialysis experience with active dialysis certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CPR certification or completion upon starting in unit.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Minimum of two years of dialysis technician experience.
• Dialysis certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care providing hands-on dialysis under licensed nurse supervision.
• Monitor vitals, weight, and vascular access; report abnormalities.
• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines; administer heparin as allowed.
• Accurately document treatment details and prepare lab specimens.
• Deliver excellent service while maintaining a clean, safe environment.
