Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Technician to join its healthcare team. You will provide direct patient care under a licensed nurse, operate dialysis machines, and monitor vitals to support safe treatment delivery.

The role requires at least two years of dialysis experience, a dialysis certification, CPR, and the ability to meet physical demands in a healthcare setting. A color-blindness test may be required, with a focus on safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification or completion upon starting in unit.
• Dialysis certification required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of dialysis technician experience.
• Able to meet physical demands of the position.
• Passing Ishihara color blindness test is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under licensed nurse supervision, initiating and discontinuing dialysis per orders.
• Obtain and document pre- and post-treatment vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments.
• Operate and safely check hemodialysis machines; administer heparin as permitted by state law.
• Accurately document treatment details and prepare laboratory specimens.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
