Job summary

Quanta Dialysis Technologies is seeking a hands‑on Biomedical Technician to maintain, repair, test, and ensure the reliability of the Quanta Dialysis System. Based at our Beverly, MA headquarters, you’ll support both in‑house equipment and field deployments, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, testing, and thorough documentation.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Field Service, with 25–50% travel to customer sites for installations

Qualifications

Associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or related field.
Ability to read and follow technical documentation and schematics.
Willingness to travel 25–50%.
Experience with mechanical and electrical/electronic systems preferred.
Experience with medical devices preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, testing and documentation on dialysis systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, fluidic and software‑controlled equipment.
Identify and document equipment failures and support root cause investigations.
Collaborate with R&D and Engineering on recurring failures.
Assist with customer site installations and service activities.
Maintain accurate service records and equipment history.
Use ERP to document work and manage parts inventory.
