Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required.
• Dialysis experience not required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machines, alarms, and treatment supplies; ensure quality.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and provide health coaching.
• Monitor patients and communicate changes to physician and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and chart accordingly.
• Follow infection control regulations and participate in rounds.
• Document education efforts and assist in onboarding new staff.
