Job summary

Alaska Dialysis in Anchorage seeks a registered nurse to join our team, offering a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. The full-time position provides 36 hours per week with flexible scheduling at Denali Dialysis, 360 Boniface Parkway, Suite A11, Anchorage, AK 99504.

You will deliver direct and indirect care to adult and geriatric ESRD patients, use the nursing process to plan and evaluate care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and other professionals to

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or nursing diploma).
• Ability to license in the State of Alaska.
• Leadership ability and organizational skills.
• Computer software knowledge (EMR systems).
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to understand and implement government standards.
• Commitment to quality patient care and service for patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care for adult/geriatric ESRD patients.
• Assess patient needs and implement a plan of care.
• Educate patients and families and document care.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain standards of professional nursing practice and delegation.
