You will collaborate across disciplines to deliver safe, effective care, while prioritizing patient needs and adhering to licensure standards and institutional policies. BSN preferred; BLS required.

Qualificações

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; BSN required as of 4/27/2025.

Responsabilidades

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients using nursing process.
• Plan individualized care with patient/family involvement and education.
• Implement and coordinate interdisciplinary care per plan and licensure.
• Evaluate patient response and revise care plan as needed.
• Maintain documentation, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.
