Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our hemodialysis health care team in Breaux Bridge, LA. You will work under supervision to provide quality patient care daily in line with FMCNA policies and CQI goals.

Responsibilities include directing care with staff, educating patients on ESRD and dialysis, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Must obtain nursing license within state regulations or within 90 days from hire date. 0–1 year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must obtain nursing license and registration within state regulations or within 90 days of hire.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• 0–1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient care by supervising staff to deliver safe, chronic hemodialysis therapy.
• Educates patients and families about ESRD, dialysis, and treatment adherence.
• Maintains accurate documentation and adheres to FMC policies and CQI activities.
• Performs and oversees lab-related tasks per DoT and policy requirements.
