Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia with BLS certification.
• Clinical expertise in dialysis or nephrology care, or willingness to train.
• Proficient in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide direct dialysis treatment, including pre-treatment assessments.
• Monitor vital signs, set up machines, and conduct post-treatment evaluations.
• Administer medications as ordered and document care accurately.
• Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and self-care.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and the care team to ensure safe, coordinated care.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives and maintain infection control compliance.
