Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Georgia seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our in-center team and deliver safe, high-quality dialysis therapy. You will perform patient assessments before and after treatments and document findings for continuous improvement.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, monitor care during sessions, review medication profiles monthly, and ensure staffing aligns with state regulations. Join us to improve kidney care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• 1+ years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and document assessments before/after treatments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and review monthly medication profiles as ordered.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure staffing and care planning.
• Adhere to policies and participate in meetings and continuing education.
