Job summary

Somatus is seeking a Hemodialysis Registered Nurse to provide high-quality dialysis care in our facility. The role requires an Associate degree in Nursing, state licensure, and at least one year of nursing experience, with HeModialysis experience preferred.

Preferred candidates will have BLS certification and basic computer skills to document care and coordinate with the care team. This role involves day-to-day patient care and strict adherence to safety and infection-control protocols.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing or health-related field preferred.
• Current appropriate state licensure required.
• At least one year nursing experience.
• Hemodialysis experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Administer and monitor hemodialysis treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions pre/post treatment and report changes.
• Maintain patient safety and infection control practices.
• Collaborate with clinical team and physicians to develop care plans.
• Document all patient data accurately in medical records.
