Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) in Zuni, NM at Solid Rock location to provide high-quality, compassionate care to dialysis patients. The role emphasizes building relationships with patients and their families while delivering safe, patient-centered care during 3–4 hour treatments.

You will work within a collaborative interdisciplinary team, with structured scheduling and opportunities for professional growth, in a mission-driven environment focused on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active NM RN license or Compact Multistate RN License
• Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis stations and review patient assignments before treatments
• Perform comprehensive pre-treatment patient assessments
• Monitor vital signs and review medications
• Access fistulas, grafts, and central venous catheters
• Monitor patients during 3–4 hour dialysis sessions
• Manage fluid removal and treatment-related changes
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Educate patients on medications, diet, and home care
• Review laboratory results and document accurately
• Collaborate with nephrologists, PCTs, dietitians, and social workers
• Supervise and mentor Patient Care Technicians
