Satellite Healthcare in Modesto, CA is seeking a Staff Nurse to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality dialysis care. You will participate in education, quality improvement, and apply nephrology practice standards to patient care.

You will work with a collaborative team, lead initiatives to improve patient and staff environments, and support growth through formal and informal opportunities. RN license and dialysis experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of registered nurse experience.
• Minimum 3 months California/Tennessee or 6 months Texas dialysis experience.
• In-center or acute hemodialysis experience required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• Current, active RN licensure and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered dialysis care following nephrology standards.
• Lead and participate in quality assessment and improvement activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
