Satellite Healthcare is hiring a Staff Nurse to deliver dialysis-focused patient care within a collaborative team. You will engage in continuing education, quality assessment, and the application of nephrology research findings to practice.

You will maintain ethically sound practice while addressing ethical challenges via Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and state scopes of practice. Full-time with robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of registered nurse experience.
• Minimum 3 months (California & Tennessee) or 6 months (Texas) of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required; a combination of in-center, and/ or acute, hemodialysis required

Responsibilities

• Participate in professional role development activities, including continuing education.
• Review and clinical application of research findings to practice.
• Confront ethical challenges through Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and scope of practice.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams in providing quality care.
