Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nephrology nursing care for renal replacement therapies.
• Perform direct patient care including vital signs, dialysis initiation/termination, documentation and labs.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients and families about renal disease and dialysis.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Dialysis Manager on care planning and priorities.
• Ensure safety, accuracy of medications, and proper documentation.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality programs.
