Concerto Renal Services is seeking an On-Call Dialysis Nurse licensed as an RN. The role involves direct hemodialysis care, patient education, and collaboration with the healthcare team. The nurse will cover region-specific clinics with travel required and additional base pay for out-of-region assignments.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and dialysis exposure. BLS certification is required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State appropriate or Compact RN license.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum of three months of dialysis experience required.
• BLS Provider certification

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and patient education.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and ensure adherence to standards.
• Monitor patient response and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team for continuity of care.
