Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in dialysis to oversee dialysis care and educate patients. You will supervise Dialysis Technicians, adjust treatment plans, and monitor outcomes within a multidisciplinary team.

Required: WA RN license or Compact, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year nursing experience with dialysis exposure; Acute/Ambulatory nursing background preferred. Positions cover multiple locations in WA; 10–13 hour shifts available.

Qualifications

Must have a current RN license from WA State or a Multi-State Compact.
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience required.
Previous dialysis experience is required; Acute/Ambulatory nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of dialysis care to patients.
Provide education to patients regarding treatment plans.
Supervise Dialysis Technicians in daily operations.
Adjust treatment plans according to standing orders and care plans.
Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications as needed.
Participate in quality improvement projects.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists.
