Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification needed.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred; assistance can be provided to obtain it.
• 6 months of dialysis nursing experience is required.
• 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients needing hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments while conducting patient assessments.
• Creating personalized care plans and addressing patient concerns.
• Building relationships with patients to support their recovery.
• Educating nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care.
