Job summary

Mercy in Webster Groves, MO, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process and to coordinate care across departments. You will evaluate the effectiveness of care from other direct care givers while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Duties align with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards. The role requires a valid RN license, and completion of BLS, ACLS, or other unit-specific certifications may be required based on the unit.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a current license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Graduated from an approved nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Performs duties in alignment with Mercy mission, values, and standards.
