U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dialysis team in Texas. You will care for patients, supervise and support Patient Care Technicians, and help ensure safe, high-quality dialysis treatments with thorough assessments and documentation.

This role emphasizes strong teamwork, adherence to state regulations for staffing and care planning, and ongoing participation in meetings and education to promote patient safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• 1+ year of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and document assessments before and after treatments.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan care and ensure staffing per state regulations.
• Follow company policies and participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
