Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team in a patient-centered center. You will provide direct patient care, monitor treatments, and document assessments, ensuring safety and quality at every step.

You will work under supervision, collaborating with PCTs and leadership to meet staffing needs, follow regulations, and participate in ongoing professional development. A valid RN license and dialysis experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis care and document assessments before and after treatments.
• Supervise and collaborate with Patient Care Technicians to meet staffing requirements and care plans.
• Adhere to company policies, state/federal regulations, and participate in staff meetings and ongoing education.
