Job summary

Rendevor Dialysis is seeking an experienced Hemodialysis RN for our Charleston, SC unit located within a correctional facility. The role delivers dialysis treatment, collaborates with the healthcare team, and ensures accurate documentation.

The position operates three days a week with a robust benefits package and a focus on patient-centered care. Ideal candidates have an SC RN license, current CPR, and 1 year of dialysis experience; 2–3 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• Current RN License for South Carolina and CPR certification.
• One year of Hemodialysis RN experience required (2–3 years preferred).
• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality hemodialysis treatment.
• Act as resource for staff using nursing knowledge base.
• Coordinate care with healthcare team and documenting appropriately.
• Lead in daily unit operations and ensure patient safety and care plans.
