The role features three 12-hour shifts starting at 5am, Sundays off, and no overnight shifts in a comfortable clinical setting with a low caregiver-to-patient ratio. Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required.
• Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• DCI provides 3 months of comprehensive training, including classroom sessions and one-on-one skills training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies per standards.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per policy.
• Educate patients and provide health coaching.
• Monitor patients and communicate changes to physician and families.
• Administer and chart prescribed medications.
• Follow infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences and rounds.
• Document patient education efforts.
• Assist in coordinating continuity of care with hospitals.
• Lead a small patient care team.
• Contribute to onboarding new staff.
