Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is hiring a Dialysis Registered Nurse in Tennessee. This full-time role requires 3 twelve-hour shifts starting at 5am, Sundays off, and no overnights. Compensation is $35–$37 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and paid training.

DCI provides 12-week training, health/dental/vision coverage, PTO, ESB, retirement matching, and education reimbursement. You will work in a compassionate, nonprofit setting with a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required.
• Dialysis experience not required; 3-month training provided.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and supplies as per standards.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per policies.
• Provide ongoing patient education and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and communicate changes to physician/families.
• Administer and chart prescribed medications.
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences and chart reviews.
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
• Lead a small patient care team and onboard new staff.
