Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Murfreesboro, Tennessee is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our in‑center hemodialysis team. You will provide specialized nursing care, support patient safety, and help deliver high‑quality outcomes in a nonprofit setting.

This full‑time role offers a 4×10 schedule starting at 5am with Sundays off, plus pay ranging from $36 to $44 per hour and paid training with a preceptor.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required.
• Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.
• DCI provides 3 months of comprehensive training, including classroom and one-on-one skills training.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies; ensure quality standards.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis; communicate changes with physician and families.
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews.
• Document required patient education efforts.
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
• Lead a small patient care team.
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
