Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse in Milford, DE to deliver and supervise nursing care for dialysis patients under the direction of the Nursing leadership. The role includes interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization, plus coordination with physicians for dialysis orders.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license in the applying state, current BLS, and ACLS (preferred now and required after 90 days).

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification preferred and required after 90 days
• ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU
• Certification through NNCC is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise dialysis nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care, discharge planning and family teaching.
• Oversee dialysis treatments for acute or chronic kidney failure as ordered by physicians.
