Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate patient care on our dialysis unit. You will use the nursing process to plan, coordinate, and supervise care, including patient and family teaching and discharge planning.

ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses/High Obs/ICU from day 1; RN license in state you apply; BLS current.

Qualifications

• RN License in the state you are applying.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS is preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment; ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.

Responsibilities

• Dialysis Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit.
• Dialysis Nurses are responsible for overseeing dialysis treatments required by patients suffering from acute or chronic kidney failure as ordered by physicians.
