Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a PRN Dialysis Nurse to join our Burlington, NJ team. You will supervise dialysis care, provide direct patient care, and educate patients on renal health as part of a collaborative hemodialysis team.

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree, an RN license (state or compact), and at least 1 year of nursing experience with 3 months dialysis exposure, plus BLS certification. Ishihara testing and lifting up to 25 lbs apply.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Current State appropriate or Compact RN License.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience in any practice area.
Minimum of three months of Dialysis experience required.
BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

Provides direct hemodialysis care, performs assessments, administers medications, and educates patients on renal health and self-care.
Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians, supervises performance, and ensures compliance with clinical standards.
Monitors patient response to dialysis, adjusts treatment plans, and documents interventions and outcomes.
Coordinates care with physicians and healthcare team members, reports critical lab results, and ensures continuity of treatment.
Maintains accurate electronic medical records, ensures timely care plans, and adheres to safety and regulatory protocols.
