Job summary

Holy Cross Health in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse for the dialysis unit on a full-time, day-shift schedule (3 twelve-hour shifts per week). You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and support education for patients and families.

Required BSN or MSN, Maryland RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of dialysis experience. The position includes comprehensive benefits and a focus on work-life balance, with free parking available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a basic professional nursing degree (BSN or MSN).
• Current RN licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of Dialysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Using Quality Caring Model, demonstrates acceptable performance, and applies nursing process, to plan and manage care of routine patients, including patient and family education, and continuum of care planning.
• Effectively communicates fundamental patient/family information to health care team.
