Job summary

American Dialysis Centers Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated dialysis nurse to provide high-quality care for patients requiring dialysis. You will monitor vitals, manage treatments, and educate patients and families about dialysis options and lifestyle adjustments.

Responsibilities include coordinating with nephrologists and dialysis technicians, updating care plans, responding to adverse reactions, and supporting home dialysis education when appropriate.

Qualifications

• RN degree and licensure required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Experience in dialysis preferred.
• Ability to operate dialysis equipment.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Checking and recording vitals before, during, and after dialysis.
• Administering hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments correctly.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions during dialysis.
• Update and implement nursing care plans.
• Notify nephrologist of any problems during treatment.
• Collaborate with dialysis technicians to setup equipment.
• Educate patients and families on dialysis options and home therapy.
