ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the day shift in Madison, WI. This 13-week contract position offers full-time hours across three 12-hour shifts.

The RN will supervise LPNs and CNAs, perform initial assessments within 8 hours of admission, develop and document care plans, facilitate discharge planning, and ensure patient safety.

Candidates must hold an active RN license, BLS and ACLS, with at least two years of bedside experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• BLS Certification required before first shift.
• ACLS Certification required before first shift (for certain locations).
• Minimum two years bedside clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing assessments on patients within 8 hours of admission and develop individualized care plans.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees; ensure safety and quality care.
• Document assessments, interventions and patient responses in medical records accurately.
