Job summary

Rendevor Dialysis is seeking an experienced Renal Dialysis Registered Nurse for our Grovetown unit near Augusta, GA. The RN delivers high-quality hemodialysis treatment within a collaborative care team and adheres to state regulations.

Requirements include GA RN license, CPR, and 1+ year of recent dialysis experience. The role reports to the Unit Leader and operates on-site at the prison healthcare facility with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• Current RN License for Georgia and CPR certification.
• One year of Hemodialysis RN experience required; two to three years preferred.

Responsibilities

• The RN performs hemodialysis treatment delivering safe, high-quality care.
• Acts as a resource for staff using nursing knowledge.
• Uses assessment, documentation, and leadership skills daily.
• Responds to emergencies, notifies nephrologist when necessary.
• Develops and evaluates care plans with the care team.
