Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Somerville, MA is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to deliver individualized care in our in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Accredited nursing degree required.
• Dialysis training provided by DCI during onboarding.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per policy.
• Educate patients and provide health coaching.
• Monitor patients and communicate changes to physicians.
• Administer and chart prescribed medications.
• Follow infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences and rounds.
• Support onboarding of new staff members.
