Job summary

A leading staffing firm is seeking a Chronic Registered Nurse in Lansing, Michigan to provide patient care for those with End Stage Kidney Disease. Responsibilities include administering hemodialysis, educating patients, and supervising staff. Ideal candidates will have experience in Nephrology Nursing and a valid RN license. This is a contract position of 3 months with a focus on quality patient care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience within the past 2 years.
• Experience supervising direct care teams in a dialysis setting.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate clinically competent care for patients with End Stage Kidney Disease.
• Perform assessments, interventions and evaluations during dialysis sessions.
• Administer medications and initiate emergency responses as needed.
