The Advocate Health Pineville Kidney Dialysis Unit is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care for adults with acute and chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis. You will manage vascular access, monitor fluid and electrolyte balance, and support hemodynamic stability while educating patients.

The role emphasizes autonomy within a collaborative team, with hands-on training and opportunities to grow in a busy renal care setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Direct provision of patient care in dialysis unit.
• Assist manager with daily operations and patient care coordination.
• Manage vascular access and monitor fluid/electrolyte balance.
• Support hemodynamic stability and patient education.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality of care.
