Job summary

Alaska Dialysis in Wasilla, AK seeks a dedicated registered nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing care for adult and geriatric ESRD patients. You will use the nursing process to assess needs, plan and evaluate care, and involve patients and families in care planning.

You will educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians and Allied staff to ensure continuity of care, uphold professional nursing standards, and delegate tasks appropriately.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN or diploma) required.
• Ability to obtain licensure in Alaska.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer software knowledge.
• Strong communications abilities.
• Understanding and implementation of applicable government standards.
• Commitment to quality patient care and clinical performance metrics.
• Customer-service oriented approach to patients, staff and physicians.
